LM2 Construction is looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and ensuring quality delivery. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take the lead, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget alignment.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and site visits.
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and project lifecycle.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
